conditions

By placing your order, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions labeling you as a customer entering into a binding agreement.

1. Order 

1.1 When a customer places an order via the webshop, he or she makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

 

1.2 If a product or products cannot be delivered due to an error in the stock list or any other unforeseen circumstance, Noâhd will reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

 

1.3 Noâhd reserves the right to adjust or change the prices of its products. This also applies to prices that are incorrectly indicated at the time of ordering.

 

1.4 In the event that we are unable to deliver a product or products, the customer has the right to cancel the order or, if possible, to convert it into a back order. If the order is canceled, the amount of the order will be refunded within 30 days.

2. Payment 

2.1 Payment methods: Ideal, Mastercard, Visa

 

2.2 After payment e-mail with confirmation and details of the order

 

2.3 For other types of payments such as bank transfers or questions, you can contact us via service@noahd.nl

 

3. Shipping & returns

3.1 We use PostNL for all orders within and outside the European Union (EU)

 

3.2 Track & Trace is used for all orders within the Netherlands. As soon as the tracking code is known to us, it will be passed on to the customer by e-mail.

 

3.3 Customers from outside the European Union (EU) do not pay VAT. This will be removed after confirmation that the billing address of the amount.

 

3.4 Noâhd does not reimburse additional costs for shipping outside the European Union (EU) such as import tax.

 

3.5 Noâhd is not responsible for any damage or wrong delivery caused by the carrier.

 

4. Delivery status 

4.1 Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, the customer will be notified.

 

4.2. If the customer has indicated that he has chosen the track & trace option, the tracking code will be passed on as soon as it is known to us.

 

4.3 From the moment the order is delivered to the carrier, Noâhd is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the carrier or third parties involved in the delivery of the ordered products.

5. Quality control 

5.1 Noâhd has always aimed to produce as responsibly and locally as possible. We do one of the ways to achieve this by producing in small quantities at local companies in the The Hague area. As a result, it is possible that there are possible deviations in the placement or color tone of the print.

 

5.2 We often use mock-ups, among other things, to properly visualize our products. We try to create the most true picture of our products by means of additional photos. If the ordered product(s) do not meet the description or the photos on our website, you can always contact us via service@noahd.nl

 

5.3 As soon as we have received a defective or deviating product, we will check whether the claim is justified. If this is the case, we will send a new product and reimburse the shipping costs incurred.

6. Returns & refunds

6.1 Noâhd products that have not been purchased through our webshop are not eligible to be exchanged or replaced. The same applies to rectifying price differences.

 

6.2 It is possible that the price of a Noâhd product may differ per store where it is sold. We as Noâhd give guidelines with regard to the price, the retailer has the right to further supplement this. No price reconciliations or adjustments will be made for any products featured on our site.

 

6.3 Products that are returned must meet our requirements. These must not be worn or damaged. In addition, the original packaging, labels, stickers and the like must be returned. If not, we will return it to the customer without refund.

 

6.4 If you return something to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend that you choose shipping with track & trace. Noâhd is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package.

 

7. Exchange policy 

7.1. If you want to exchange the ordered product for another product. Please contact us via service@noahd.nl. This is possible up to 14 days after receipt.

 

7.2 All items purchased outside the sale can be exchanged once

 

7.3 Products purchased in our webshop can only be exchanged through us.

8. Sales & promotions

8.1 All promotions that come from Noâhd itself are, unless otherwise indicated, only valid in our webshop.

 

8.2 Independent promotions by retailers are not valid on the Noâhd website. Unless this is in agreement and communicated via one of our channels (website, mailing, social media).

 

8.3 Discount codes will remain valid for a maximum of 2 months after launch. After this period has expired, no further claims can be made.

9. Usage content & imagery

9.1 All content on our website and webshop, including logos, photos and videos, are the property of Noâhd and the parties involved.
